The Marstan Group is passionate about management. The Directors have extensive experience in business management, project management and personal development for blue-chip organisations in both the public and private sectors.
We believe that there is an increasing need for good quality information, support and services to help people who run businesses or projects. Everybody involved benefits financially, personally and professionally when businesses are run properly or projects completed on time and within budget. The wider community also benefits because successful businesses make a better contribution to the Government revenue, which in turn ultimately leads to better services.
However, we are not just interested in efficient management. We also believe that business should be conducted constructively and ethically. How things are done is as important as what is being done. Constructive and ethical management is a much more fulfilling way of participating in our daily working lives.
